Tulisa and the rest of N-Dubz have certainly had a busy year so far and have enjoyed thir first number 1 with the appropriately titled song “Number 1″.  In addittion to that Tulisa has recovered well from her illness earlier in the year which at one time was suspected to be swine flu.  She was certainly back to looking her best at the recent Wireless Festival in this amazing rainbow body con dress from Lipsy.
